Book 10 was recently released, and Book 11, Rising Guardians, is coming next!
The hints of the cosmos lore holding the setting together really began to appear in Book 5, Black Witch, Death Mage, with the appearance of the first Deathwalker. While Gavin is tight-llipped about his experiences, he nonetheless draws forces neither he nor Sirana fully understand.
With the story POV focused on Sirana and the long-lived Elves (who, incidentally, have no death mages), there was a lot of room and curiosity among readers about those born with a stronger affinity to the end of life than the beginning.
Originally written in 2015-2017, none of the Death stories were designed to stand on their own, but they perform a great deal of heavy lifting for those interested in the death mages of Miurag and the roles of the Nexus and the Eternal War.
I have spent the last month rewriting and updating these older stories to align with Sister Seekers and the future God Wars epics.
