Trying to recruit out of DEAD CC"s . CC's without an owner . That still have members that show to be somewhat active . Is generally as thankless or worse than any other recruitment efforts .
If you can even communicate with one that is rare . If by a slim chance you convince them to quit their DEAD CC and join yours . Most often they will be next to invisible . With no activity .

Another place to find players not belonging to CC's . Is in the Tournament leader boards . But most of those have either tried CC's and didn't have a good experience . Or they just don't want to even try .

Another way is to check the fiends on your friends list and their friends
