Today and tomorrow, play with your WGT Country Club and compete against other clubs for fun and in-game rewards, including these "lovely" heart tee markers and flags.
Plus the top 500 clubs will also receive Course Builder currency for
custom courses.

Well here is another CLASH . For those of you that are unfamiliar with these events . They are WGT's version of CC vs CC .
In which during a 48 hour period . We are matched up with 11 different CC's for a 4 hour CLASH each .
Each time your free pass will renew at the beginning of each 4 hour CLASH .
The idea is to play as many rounds in each CLASH as we can . Each round requires either a free pass or a purchased pass at $ .37 cents each . The accumulative totals for each CLASH determines where we place in the standings . Winning a 4 hour CLASH is only important in that there is a 600 point bonus for winning . And a little bragging rights for some .
This is an exploitive event for WGT in that it sucks in many to buy many passes and balls . A big cash cow . And somewhat controversial .
There are about 20 of us that enjoy these events . One is not required to play at all .
But remember your free pass renews at each 4 hour Clash that you play in ..
If you play . I suggest you play your ass off . Which for some mean 4 , 5 , 6 rounds or more in each 4 hour CLASH But try to spread your time equally throughout the 48 hour event . Try to save some of yourself for the later rounds . Which could be crunch time . Which will be Friday evening . between 6:00 PM to 12: 00 AM . More likely between 6:00 PM and 10: 00 PM EST.
We do extremely well in these . This is where we win all of our Flag and Tee markers for our tournaments .
For those of you that are not very familiar with this format . Take every philosophy you have ever heard and throw it out the window . The uniqueness of this event will write you a new book . Never before have you been faced with these scenarios and decisions and conclusions that go against all logic .
If you are not saturated in your tier . This format will send you spinning backwards fast . The event and it's mindset does not care about averages . All it is concerned with is that you play as many rounds as you can to amass points for your team . The difference in the points awarded for a +5 and -2 are inconsequential in each round .
The courses chosen . And a likely unfamiliar green speed ensure many frustrating rounds .
Have you ever heard the term blind wreck less abandon ? Me neither . But is an accurate description of how you will feel at times throughout this 48 hour event . This is normal and many others can relate to you . Lol . Surprisingly giving you props . and adding to the un humanlike craziness that this format produces .

whank club director.......PS. did you guys have a problem in the recent clash,like us unable to pay due to a searching problem.We could only play in one and was searching all day for a club to play according to wgt they say that was a rare situation get back to us and if you hear of any club that had this issue have them post it to any director and owner to our club Thank you....
