Did some bench testing on various OS environments in hopes of creating WHITE SCREEN effect. Was able to create scenario utilizing Windows10 Enterprise x64 VL RTM with Firefox. Found out i can't watch anything on Firefox with the Flash player plug-in, it doesnt crash but instead of a video, the screen is just white but there's sound, and when trying it with other browsers, it works fine.
As a workaround, you can disable the plugin from using hardware acceleration: On any site with Flash,(ie:online casino's, WGT) right-click the media and choose Settings, then the first mini-tab and uncheck the box to use hardware acceleration.
Two versions of Flash, 15.x and 18.x. were used. To locate and remove the old version, you can type or paste about:plugins in the address bar, then use Find (Ctrl+f) to look for NPSWF and find the physical location of the old DLL file. Usually it's safe to remove but if you're nervous, renaming it with a .OLD extension should hide it from Firefox.

My Bad, Forgot to mention to ensure Intel HD Graphics Driver is up to date..Hope this MAY help..

Damn John...thanks for the detailed info. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate and use both Firefox (default) and IE as a backup. Never really took note if the white screen happens only in Firefox or IE also. I find the white screen to be more of a nuisance than a real big issue for me...I get the white screen MAYBE once a day and just use my CTL-ALT-Del combo (these are 3 only keys that are fading from my keyboard...lol). The only issue I'm concerned about is this happening in a Bracket Tourn...not sure if it WD's you of it happens then. WGT finally got the "Blinking" issue fixed so I'm confident that they will get this glitch fixed even if it takes a month or so...well, maybe not confident but hopeful. I still think they only have 1 person writing code and he / she smokes their breakfast and lunch (lol). Thanks for the info....Jim

Hi Jim. next to XP pro sp3 (made my own version of XP) I also use Windows 7 ultimate x64 which in my opinion was the last decent Windows OS. I made a personal version using Windows 7 Enterprise and made it a bootable LIVE USB. Gtr8 for diagnosis because it runs fully on 16GB Flash Drive.FACT: MS trains employees at Best Buy to promoting Windows 7 is better than Linux using visual comparison charts. Wonder how thats working out statistically.hhmmm
On my last post under White Screen i received ~7 responses of same issue. None reported it happening when in any tournaments, only during Match PLay. One(1) person has almost same work-around as you do.
Too many attributes to perform Cause and Effect study (for me). Only an educated guess but i believe Flash/Accelerator/Graphics Driver could be an area of interest. I'll keep on , keeping on.

The white screen I get has the exclamation mark in the middle . I get it daily in every play mode . Yes every . Match , stroke , blitz , and CC tourneys . Am able to continue in all cases . In fact there is no 3 and out limit in single play . Sometimes takes me 5 or 6 attempts to finish a round .
