I log in to the chat most days I visit the forums, but yet to see anyone else there.
Might have something to do with Time Zones and the time of day I look at the forums though.

Nope if you look down the right side of the homepage . You will see WHO IS ONLINE? You will see that member usage is slim to none at best no matter what time .
When I see several names there I try to get their attention to log into the chat and rarely can .
Also it would be helpful if you were to ever log into the chat to at least post a hello .
I just went way back in the archives and there are no postings from you .
So when you log in please say something . Many people are used to talking to themselves there . lol

I am sure it is current .
How up to date is that "Who is online" section?
Default setting for most forums is updating that bit every 15 mins so it could say 5 people online when there isn't anyone, or the opposite, no one online but there's 5 people.
Been a few years since I was Admins on forums so cannot remeber exactly right now.
Not a big thing in terms of the chat window though as that shows instantly when some one logs in out of it.

Yes but without a post there isn't any motivation for others .
