Hey Again Paul.....I have another suggestion (damn, i'm full of myself today) about the "Starter Club" Tournaments. Seeing what happened this week with the Tournament (and I feel is gonna happen every one in this format) have the Tournaments with a 0 credit entry fee and maybe throw a trophy at the winner instead. I'm sure this is a lot more work for you but I think a lot more people would join especially seeing what happened in the last one (I for one would). Jim . you are always full of fantastic ideas . This is a good one too . If you want to try something like that . It is not extra work for me to make any trophy . Which now makes me think I really screwed up by not making trophy's for CC tournaments all along . Would you guys liked to have received them ? Oh shit of course you would have . Oh well . You didn't . And your right THAT would have been a lot more work . Ok . That being said I don't have a problem making a special trophy for anY special event .
But this event isn't up to you or I . It is JD's and we can only suggest to him what direction he takes it . But you can drum up any event you want to Jim and I will make a trophy even your wife will want to sleep with .

LOL.......I actually do have them all printed out and under my pillow and sleep with them...nah, not really but i'm still proud of them. I'm not gonna fuck with Shoe's Tournament....don't want to step on any toes. I know that when I do something to help our Club be the best there is I feel like I'm actually more a part of it.....just my way I guess. I'm gonna send a PM to Shoe after I write this to suggest the trophy thing. What about the setting up of Tournaments for 7 days?. Do you think if I put it out there it won't deter anyone from setting them up? Let me know....enjoy the day (raining like hell here....good thing I do my golfing on the computer now)...Jim

PS....as you've told me many, many times, no need to ever apoligize or feel like you can't make fun of shyt I say...everything is in fun here and if I don't want anyone to joke around with me I won't type it.....pretty thick skinned here (lol). Enjoy the day. Oh yeah, about the trophy idea for CC Tournaments it would be great but in some tournaments only 1, 2 or 3 people join and play...that happens more often than not. I feel you shouldn't go busting your ass with that one...not sure it would be appreciated or draw more people....seems like the same people play the Tournaments with not too many others playing...kinda like the Blitz

Jim very admirable. No one knows what you are saying better than myself . As thick skinned as you no doubt are . ( that's why I am writing this ). I want to warn you about the crash . It's a big one . Once you have put it all out there . Gone above and beyond . Been the best you can be . Sounds like a plan Paul. I put it out there and if people listen, they listen, and it they don't, no big deal...not a problem. Just looking at the torns we already have active now either you, I, Shoe, Chris set all of them except one. I'm gonna go through the courses availible to us and go down the line and set Tournaments up for 9 holes (and a few 18) and keep the selection big (I think you said we can have 10 paid and 10 free ones)....I'll ensure that we stay full. I no doubt will keep on keeping on...you do the same.

Actually at our level we are supposed to be able to create 12 free and 12 paid . So by all means make some . Try to keep them moderate if you would . Let some of the new guys get some good scores . Some look like they might be ringers . That could only be good for us if we can keep them . Lol . Do you agree ?

OK...I just setup 3 Torny's at Brandon----1 all play free 18 stroke Tournament Greens/ 1 18 hole H - TM Tournament Greens 20 credits / 1 18 Hole L - TL Champ Greens 20 Credits....both paid ones are Winner take al and all get a "Glory Trophy" also. I'll see what kind of feedback / turn out I get back....made all 18 holes because it's a par 3 course. Wish me luck. Pretty much made all "moderate" but not "Easy"...check them out and tell me if this is gonna work with all the courses....gonna make the "All Plays" 18 holes and the split tiers 9 holes each with various set ups. Let me know if you think this will fly. Oh yeah, there are 10 paid and 10 free set up now...don't want to keep the others from setting up if they want plus there's room for "specialty" Tournaments" should any one wants to set up any of those. I'll make sure I keep about 20 Active at all times.

I gotta say . You are the most stepping up SOB ever . Yes all this will work and is almost exactly the way I used to make the tourneys . We do think a lot alike . I can't thank you enough for your enthusiasm and honest hard work . The way I think ( always optimistic ) is that all this effort will have to pay off for us some day . Of course I know it already does pay off for you and myself . In little ways on a daily basis . But some day we will be able to celebrate some other amazing achievements like the 50th spot on the CC leader board . And with members like CJL73 , ROBMURPHY , Kekanaranjo , Trent , Chris1973M , Pitviper2 you and myself and quite a few others many other amazing achievements we don't even know could be on the horizon .

Is a Glory trophy the same as a Glory Hole? If so the the room idea is a very good one.

LOL....now that's some funny shyt....my wife says the same thing....thought i had a GF on here that I typed to all the time. No, I don't mind you sharing anything I talk to you about...I just send PM's to you if I have a direct question for you...I post to the forum with all the other stuff. Off to play the Blitz for a few...I'll try to get my score into you early so I don't hold you up. Oh yeah, we have some big time "Talent" in the club...the top 50 is most definitely in sight.....wish the Clash was still around.
