GETTING PM MESSAGES SAYING " I INVITED YOU "

In PCEA . I am still getting those .

I got 2 this week . I sure did not see them .

In Flash it wasa a different story . Not only was there no way to see the invite . At that time I was so busy . I missed many .

In the last 2.5 years in PCEA . I have seen maybe 8 invite pop ups in the upper left cormer . It appeared for 5 seconds at the most .

I was also in an MP match each time . A Coin match . MP ( multiplayer ) match . I just can't quit .

I also don't think any other MP format can accept invites .

Plus they are too fast .

Then I found out that when , during , or after an invite has been sent . That in the left side drop down menu . There is a " INVITATIONS " prompt . That stays there for a while . You click on it and you get a pop up that allows you to " ACCEPT " or " DECLINE " .

That is a game changer for me . I haven't seen one yet . So below I created a mock up of what it would look like .



That helps a lot .

But that is not enough. Still missing is the option to respond to the inviter with something other than except or decline.

Flash had that. You could say almost done, or 5 more minutes bud, or let's try again in an hour. Or just about anything else to make it clear that you were interested or maybe that you weren't.

Click on either of the invite notifications to bring up the next screen where you can decline or accept the invite.
If you are already in a game you will get the same invite appearing at the top left of the screen, but nothing at the bottom, click the invite to accept or decline it. After the invite has disappeared, if you click the escape key to bring up the left pane menu, or click the 3 dots in the top left of the game window, you will see an invite button which remains there for 2 minutes from when the invite initially appeared...



...click it to accept or decline the invite.

What get from this is there are 3 notifications .
1) Uppoer left corner of screen . 5-7 stconds . Too quick to click .

2) Bottom of game client screen.For 2 minutes . Just as useless as the flash green icon . Never going have the game client window main acreen open for longer than it takes to click GAME MODES , or PLAY NOW , or my avater icon , or EXIT .

3) Left Pane Menu . INVITATIONs prompt . This is XLNT . Didn't know about this . Now I may be able to respond in some sort of way . Or even accept .
