I regularly browse the profiles of the club members . There are many members that aren't participating at all . The only way I know of to see if someone has played in a CC match lately is to click on their score history . The members I'm concerned about will show no CC tourneys for over 2 weeks . I will message them reminding them they need to participate or message me why . Another week or two and they havn't played or even messaged me and I let them know they are in danger of being removed .
.I really wish members could play a CC tourney at least once a week . I want active participation .
I could care less about CC or XP points.
Last night I had to remove our 2nd biggest point contributor . It had been over 2 months since he played a CC tourney . And he would not respond to my polite message requests .

When I first started , a few months into it there were 50 members completely absent . I had to remove them all .

Please try to understand my position I can't make people play , but I can provide the best environment and that takes hours a week .
Thankless hours .
So from experience and the advice of other owners . Non participation and being ignored is just plain disrespectful . And it won't be and shouldn't be tolerated .

i run a cc two years ago had around 230 members with just 6members playing tourneys i shut it down in the end i think the trick with running a great cc is from time to time you will have to delete some members for not playing in comps for every 20 you add 5 will play in the end you will end up with lots of great player at a good tier and members who want to play even giving away prizes clubs balls and credits mite not keep em playing cc are made of friends thats where littlemunks comes into play live games outside of this cc makes for a much better game of golf so come of guys goto our cc forum look up over the chat window blitz friday stroke saturday and matchplay sunday click the link and sign up join the chat window at 7.45pm on the day of game to play if you dont like it thats great just try it out some banter and golf...........

1 last thing skipper your doing a great job keep up the good work with the cc

Thank you for that harry . You are right and that's what's happening and I think we are starting to see some good results with some tight players . Lets hope it continues .

I just want you guys to know . You guys are awesome . This is the most participation I have ever seen . Only a couple guys barely playing .
I did remove a couple few that would not respond to me and along with them went their points . Takes us a little longer but it's more about just playing our CC tourneys and having fun good rounds than about the points . I hope you all agree .
