There is already a tutorial explaining how to save an image ora pic to a file on your computer here . 

Once you have done that . Come back here to this tutorial and these are the steps to changing your profile pic .

Go to your profile page and click the appearance tab .

On the left side click " upload your own photo ".

At the top click browse . This will take you to the file on your computer that you saved the pic or image in .

Left click on the image you want as your profile pic . then left click on open .

It will take you back to the appearance page . Click " upload photo " .

Crop your pic to the max size of the square . Click save and BINGO . Click close and there you are .( there is no bingo tab ) lol
