FLASH MOB is a well established on going tournament . Last year was alt shot very fun tournaments . Looks like this year they are going to have match play . Should be a lot of fun. Go ahead and sign up ONLY if you are available .

Thanks for post in the WGT forums! If you can't get your club to play I invited you so you could see what it's all about and you can take it back to your club. This invite is for anyone not a club so if you decide to play please sign up using the link above. If you haven't created a user yet on the challonge website please use your WGT user to do it and go to www.challonge.com. Once I see you signed up I will need to provide you with more information.

Below are some guidelines to follow for this event:
All game times and check-ins are based on shout box time (EST). The tournament will start and end on the same day.
Players MUST register to play on the challonge website at the link provided. The first (32) players are in the tournament, but sign-up anyway; as there may be players that don’t show up. A waiting list will start after the first (32) players have signed up.
*Challonge requires 16, 32, or 64 people to eliminate byes. We will shoot for 32 people each time but may need to make adjustments which may require byes, and this will be agreed upon with the administrators of the tournament.*
All registered players must meet in the shout box at least 30 minutes prior to start time and showing green in WGT. Before the blind draw is made, we will verify that players are here by looking at the shout box and WGT. If you are not in the shout box or showing green in WGT at this time, you will be replaced by the first person on the waiting list that is shout box available. You will then be moved to the waiting list.
Everything is based on a blind draw and adjustments do need to be made. After all the teams are set, you MAY receive an e-mail stating that you have been removed from the tournament (IGNORE THIS). DO NOT SIGN UP AGAIN! Challonge requires combining (2) players into one slot and assigning scoring rights to the first player listed. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED, BUT HAVE BEEN LISTED AS A TEAM!!!
The tournament will begin after all teams are established. You will receive the link in the chat box which will show you the brackets for this tournament, your partner, and the course. It’s very important to be patient and please do not start your match until the administrators tell you it’s ok to start. The first player listed in the group of (4) is responsible for setting the game. The first person on the winning team is responsible for reporting the score.
BREAKS: A maximum of 10 minutes is allowed for a break period in between rounds. The break period starts after the teams moving into the next round has been established. The break period is negotiable between the participating teams, NOT to exceed the 10 minute time limit.
DISCONNECTS: If a disconnect occurs during the game and the game can be re-established within WGT time constraints, continue on with the match. If a disconnect occurs and game CANNOT be re-established, WGT rules apply and the team that cannot reconnect is forfeited. The other team wins, no matter what the score is. We are required to use WGT rules.
