Im Antonio from Portugal. Im 36 and I love golf... even though I've never played it because there aren't any golf courses near my home town and none of my friends likes this sport. So I just watch it on tv and play it on pc Smile

      This is the letter I just received from Toni . I am beside myself . Incensed to no end . And even though I know that writing a letter to member services doesn't do anything at all . I did anyway . I just can't believe this shyt . 
      I have also written to Toni with my sincere apologies .

    I've tried to send you a PM and an email but i guess i couldn't reach you. Here goes a copy of it.

    I'm sorry to hear you lost your job (or quit it).
    I'm sending this email to let you know that my account at wgt was disabled. They said I have multiple accounts, but it was just my brother trying the game with my wifi. He played only 2 games and is level 4 or 5 (username GregNormanPT). Anyway, they are not replying to my emails and it's been 3 weeks since their last contact, so I assume this is a permanent ban.
    So feel free to kick me from the CC as this game seems to be over for me. I feel sorry about this because i really enjoyed it, but the support seems to be close to non-existant.

      Now for anyone that doesn't know this . All of you can contact anyone registered in the website through the website . Even if they are disabled by WGT . With no fear of interference from WGT or anybody . The PM messaging is private messaging . Even I have no access to anyone PM's with anyone else besides myself .

    It's sad, the game has changed so much since I started in 2007.  Now corporate has control and as usual, it costs more to play, and no response to problems or questions,  I would say to keep on trying Toni, or make a new account. Kelly has had the same problems.

    WGT suks about this...they seem to have no problem disabling accounts instead of making a few changes to make the game better. Sooner or later, they're gonna disable my and/or Ric's account because we use the same internet connection (live in the same house)...when that happens, not sure what I'm gonna do...I hope I never have to find out. What they did to Kelly and Toni is just plain old "having nothing better to do" actions...they are ignorant about this...just my 2 cents worth....Jim

    It sucks mainly because you have no way of explaining or defending why there were 2 accounts. I've wrote/complained to WGT before and I'd probably have as much of a chance getting a response if I opened my front door and screamed it out.

    That's a drag Paul.  For the most part I've had a good experience with WGT but every once in a while they do things that frustrate me.  Trying to reach them seems to be an utter waste of time, yet like you I will keep trying. This kind of thing shouldn't happen ever without getting addressed.

      Exactly . 98 out of 100 times they pull through for me . But those 2 times like with Kelly and now Antonio . Decisions like those . Where they deliberately disable well meaning people . Stops me cold . Makes me wonder .
