XP's What are they ? What do they do ?

I think every one is very clear about mine and this CC's feeling about personal and CC XP's . 
  
  If you don't . Then here it is . I see no point in them at all really . There are no personal benefits to gain from them . There are very few collective benefits as well . 
  
  As a CC after level 4 all CC members receive shot and putter pal for life . If they so choose .

  At level 11 ( where we are ) The CC can create 15 free tourneys and 15 premium tourneys .  

  At level 15 20 free / 20 paid .
  
  These functions are not of any significance or value  . Not enough to cause a WGT player or a CC member any concern or pressure or feeling or need to produce these XP's . Not in this CC anyway . 
  
  Of course any individual that does so on their own is free and welcome to do so . 

  I have always felt that they will come anyway . 

  This is what I have said .:

   For CC members regarding XP's . There is no requirement to produce any # at all . Just some sort of effort . Zero of course would be unacceptable . 
  
  All I ask is that you try to pay attention to utilizing your free passes in an efficient and effective way according to what your own schedule allows .
  
  That is not very hard to do at all . 
 
   Everyone has a time of their day that starts their WGT day . Mine is 5:00 PM  MST .
 
  When a member plays their first game of the day after that WGT time , with their free pass . They will get the maximum awarded XP points . 
  
  And if they have played 5 consecutive days . They will also get 888 XP points in that round everyday . I know that may not happen very often for many . So of course that is not expected . 
  
  Nothing is expected . Other than some sort of effort . 
  
  It has been a while since I posted anything about this . There are a couple very good threads about this . With some good tips from Arnie and other members . I will dig them up . 
  The other day I was noticing the contrast between some long time members XP totals . Some were very high and some were very low . Surprisingly low . So I once again just wonder if everyone even knows what they are ?
