first off you dont need a good ball and clubs to putt great just a good eye and finger this tips is for championship green speed with putts that are on flat ground with no roll i take off around 30% what thats means is putts that are 30ft i hit 20ft, putts that are 20ft i hit 15ft so thats 25% the speed is slowing down putts that are say 10ft i hit 8ft with putts that are on a slope say right to left 10ft 5right i move the ding right 5 then hit it 11 miss the ding the same way the slope runs so right on this putt helps hold the line better if you ding it the ball will run off down the slope,if a putt is 15ft down hill 2ins hit 9ft tops if putt 20ft up hill 2ins hit 18ft max with champ greens always take off more then you think and up hill putts add more their champ greens yes but its up hill.
