 here primarily to raise their levels in a chase for the next higher tier? While I'm not saying that's a bad thing it does shape our CC. I myself would be happy to be part of your CC playing at the any tier for the rest of my life. One where we have great tournaments. Fun tournaments. Where we can laugh and live for the love of the game.

 the main difference here my friend is that from the very start . Until recently I had run 100% of every task and feature , tournament and event  taking special care to maintain parity and fun , challenges , skills , amusement , variety ,goals , rewards , & awards , education , information . Because that was about all I could handle by myself . It wasn't until recently I took Rob and Jim up on their offers to assist . The three of us didn't even know what they could do to contribute . On their own they slowly developed the tourney system that we enjoy now . Which immediately made an huge impact by taking that burden away from me . For a year and ahalf I was completely absorbed in some inner workings that should never have had to consume me to the degree that they did . the situation was that the status quo dictated that the current members of the CC would not play CC tourneys on their own . Not if I would ask them to . Would not respond to any message or email or multimedia program that used to attempt contact . This was made even harder with no ability to message all members . My PM messaging did not work . What that left me was posting messages to each and every members walls individually one at a time again and again and again up to 5 to 15 times for at that time 80 members . Yes sir what you read is astounding . At different periods of time I eventually after hand delivering 15 messages to each members walls . I went ahead and deleted 56 members in one sitting the first time . then 43 , then 35 , 31 , 26 , 22 , 18 . I now only remove 3 , 4 , or 5 at a time .

  Having to rethink my expectations goals and direction for what I thought  a CC needed was a never ending modification . So I made playing in CC tourneys and communication mandatory priorities for me and attempted to influence those two things exclusively . i certainly could not ask more . And I would not accept less . This was also made much harder because i am so fair and forgiving and optimistic that it would only be a short period of time before they would all see the light and realize how easy and right I was . Lol how is that working out for you Paul ? 

  Well it wasn't . But I did not give up . and lo and behold it started to get noticeably better . Not to anyone else but me .right about then is when i asked Rob and Jim in . With them enabling me some freedom from that angle . my next goal was to reduce and eventually eliminating the need to monitor and or check members profiles and urge , plea , suggest , remind , and eventually giving them an ultimatem . to participate or else . 

  Finally I accomplished that . I noticed that according to each members schedule . Each and every one of them was playing on some sort of consistent basis . By my definition of participation and Websters I had achieved 100% participation .Even though that was only one accomplishment and only half of my goal . That is big . Willing to bet that by my definition and standards and percentage justification . This was a very rare occurrence in a WGT CC . IDK if it has ever happened IDC either . 

  So now it was time to focus on communication . That proved to be tougher than shyt . Along the way I removed some of the top and highest XP contributors . With 100,000 , 150,000 , 175,000 , 200,000 many times because they refused to communicate and would not listen to me telling them that it was more important than their silent XP's. Still to this day only after many warnings and lectures . With no response . I have no problem removing anyone that doesn't want to respect that . 

  So back to the original point I started to make . Which was to assure you that after participation and communication . The inner efforts to provide that ultimate CC experience with all the factors of fun and challenges and information and bonding , and experience camaraderie , respect , education have never ceased to be priorities to a very select few that enable these very valuable base structures to at least attempt to be there . Therefore appearing all the time that it is ever present . Which means that those foundations are here as well . 

   There is so much more bullshyt than I have time for right now . But I assure you . We are on the right track . With what the few of us have to work with . We are doing amazingly well by WGT standards . And they are the only game in town . So standards can only go up from here .
